Can I work evenings and weekends?

WeBringg operates 7 days a week, including nights and weekends.

What are the main working hours?

WeBringg mirror a retailers operating and delivery times.

How many hours can I work per week?

You can set your own hours and work as much as you want, whenever you want. Just turn the app on and start delivering.

What type of products will I deliver?

You could deliver anything that is sold online, flowers, jeans, pharmaceutical products, shoes, alcohol, mobile phones, books…

Can I contact you if I have a problem with a delivery?

There is a support button in the top right corner of the WeBringg app where you can instantly contact us if you have a problem.

I have an old smartphone. Can I still work for you?

The app works with any android or ios smartphone, having an older smartphone should not be a problem.

What should I do if a customer is not at home?

You can contact the customer through our app by telephone. If you have problems, you can always contact the WeBringg team.

What should I do if there is a lot of traffic and I will be late?

The customer can live track you as soon as you start their delivery, so they will see that you are still on your way if you are delayed. You can also call the customer to let them know.

Can I deliver the package earlier than the set delivery time or do I have to wait until it is for example 2 o’clock?

The retailer will let you know if you have to deliver the package at a specific time or if there is an allocated time frame for delivery.

Do I have to handle money?

No, you don’t have to handle money. Customers have already paid online when you deliver the package.

Do you pay for tolls?

All of our charges are calculated without tolls so you should never have to use them unless you choose to.

What is the average size of a package, will it fit into my car?

Package sizes vary but they will always fit into your vehicle.
