So, you’re looking for something to be delivered same day with WeBringg. Booking a delivery with WeBringg is the fastest and efficient way to book a delivery job. Our booking portal is simple to use and we make it as simple as possible because we understand your time is valuable.

First, you will need to visit  www.webringg.com and select the tab on the top right hand side ‘Book a Delivery’.

You will be taken to our region page, you will need to select the region you are in;

Once you have selected the region, you will need to sign on with your login details. If you have not signed up you can create your account HERE. If you do have your account simply sign in by clicking HERE. Once you have them steps complete you can start to book a delivery.

Booking a Pickup Location For WeBringg Delivery 

  1. In the section marked, ‘Order Description’ you will need to input what you are delivering to your customer. If there are any special requests you can make note of these here.#
  2. In the section marked ‘Pick-Up’ you will need to enter your name, your email address and your telephone number.
  3. In the section marked ‘Pick-up before’ you will need to enter the time you wish for the package to be picked up by your WeBringg driver. *We recommend you give an hour or so prior to the pick-up to allow time for a driver to be assigned and traffic on the roads etc.
  4. In the tab under ‘Custom Location’ please enter the address you wish the package to picked up at. This will bring up a map showing your location.
  5. You may upload a reference image in the tab marked ‘Reference Image’ if you wish to.

**Please note you can add your business address under the ‘favourite location’ tab on the left  hand side so you do not need to re-enter your information each time.

  1. Please tick the box marked delivery and enter the details as to where you would like the package to be delivered.
  2. Enter your customer’s name and telephone number.
  3. In the tab marked ‘Delivery address’ enter your customer’s address. This will show a map between both the pickup and delivery.
  4. Enter the time in which you want the package to be delivered. This should be 90 minutes after the pickup time.
  5. You may upload a reference image if you wish.
  6. You will need to select the vehicle type which your package should be delivered. For car deliveries a max of 25kg applies with a size of 1m3. Vans can carry large loads but items must not weight more than 25kgs each.
  7. Once you have selected the vehicle type, our system will generate the estimated cost.

 

 

Now all you have to do is press ‘Place Order’ and a delivery driver will be with you at the requested time! We told you it was simple.

WeBringg partners with ALONE Ireland, donating just under €1,000 in services at Christmas

This Christmas, we partnered with Irish charity ALONE to deliver 110 hampers to support older people at home. Here at Webringg, we found partnering with ALONE a perfect fit, using innovative technology WeBringg connects businesses with their consumers in minutes and using this model we connected some of the elderly in society with the ALONE network by delivering Christmas hampers containing various items such as food, cleaning supplies and garments. WeBringg donated just under €1,000 in delivery services for ALONE over a period of four days.

 

ALONE’s mission is to enable older people to age in the place of their choice and they work to ensure quality of life and well-being. ALONE was founded by Willie Bermingham, a Dublin fireman in 1977. Willie began distributing food, fuel and blankets to older people in need and began a campaign to raise awareness to the media and government, ALONE has since worked to provide services to hundreds of older people through various campaigns for change.

 

A number of WeBringg employees chose to devote some time to the Christmas charity campaign with ALONE and many delivered packages. Jamie Winters, WeBringg’s Sales and Marketing manager commented on a memorable experience he had, “Meeting a lovely woman called Noreen, who lived at the top of a hill in an apartment building was one of most memorable encounters.” Jamie said, “I called Noreen on her mobile when I arrived but she was out grabbing some groceries and asked me if I would wait around until she came home. She sounded very excited for her hampers so I agreed to wait. It was only my second hamper delivery of the day and with a full van I started to become conscious of time. After 30 minutes of waiting, I heard a few shouts of my name at the bottom of the hill. Poor Noreen had burnt the battery out in her wheelchair rushing back to meet me and asked two young lads to push her home. Noreen was a character and we spent the next half hour in her apartment laughing about the situation and fixing the wheelchair.”.

 

Many members of staff for WeBringg encouraged family members to partake in the Christmas campaign with each person spending time with the people they delivered to, “It was a humbling experience and really made us all think about the importance of giving back the more the business grows. We have a unique opportunity to use the technology we have built to help the most vulnerable in society and we aim to help Alone as much we can over the coming year.” Jamie said.  Robert Simpson, a Driver Manager working with WeBringg in Dublin delivered 8 hampers to people living around Dublin, “A lovely woman opened the door to me, I told her we would give her two boxes of care packages on behalf of ALONE to keep her going over Christmas, she was over the moon she didn’t know what to say, she said she wouldn’t accept it at first. It was a great, she shook my hand and gave me a hug.”

 

“Webringg is a disrupter in the delivery market particularly for e-commerce deliveries but we’re also trying to disrupt the status quo of corporate responsibility, charity partnerships is something that companies begin to think about in year 3 to 4, whereas we wanted to do it 18 months in.” Alan Hickey, Commercial director of WeBringg stated.  “I think Alone is the type of charity whereby everyone has an elderly person in their life so it’s relatable to all our staff, particularly for a company like us where the average age is 24, there was a strange yet direct correlation to their clients and our staff” Alan said.

 

Supported by volunteers, ALONE offer a range of services including: Befriending, Housing with Support, Support Coordination, Technology, and Campaigns for Change. Alone welcomes volunteers from all backgrounds, If you are interested in joining their team of volunteers you can find out more about the process here. WeBringg was featured on fora.ie in an article written by Killian Woods on 20/02/2018. Speaking to Fora, WeBringg co-founder and chief executive Sean Murray said the company has just raised a round of investment worth €650,000 due to “an immediate need for funding”.

 

“In recent years, same-day delivery has become a key selling point for e-commerce behemoth Amazon, which has used its flagship Amazon Prime service to tighten its grip on the online retail market. However, WeBringg has tried to get a jump on the tech giant in Ireland, where Amazon is yet to roll out the same-day service.”

 

“Murray said the startup, which has a partnership with JustEat, gets a lot of its business from food delivery. However, he added that other aspects of the business are growing fast.”We do see a lot of business from takeaway, but the retail side of things is catching up now and pharmacy in particular is starting to take off.”

Today, We have announced our partnership with ALONE Ireland. ALONE’s mission is to enable older people to age in the place of their choice and they work to ensure quality of life and well-being.  Vicky Leatham, Volunteer and Events Coordinator for ALONE Ireland spoke to us about the new partnership, “‘Each winter ALONE deliver hampers to older people across Dublin containing supplies to help see them through the winter months. This is a huge logistical undertaking, and this year we were thankful to have the support of WeBringg. WeBringg not only quickly delivered over 100 hampers across Dublin, but also gave their time to have a chat and bring a smile to many of the older people they delivered to. Going forward we are delighted to continue to partner with WeBringg, who not only help us practically but do so in a way that respects and values the older people we support”.

Our customer, Martin’s off licence won ‘Dublin’s Best Off Licence 2018’ and we couldn’t be more excited to shout about their win. Martin’s Off Licence boasts a large range of spirits, beers and wines in all varieties and price points, making it the perfect off-licence for everyone. Martin’s is a family run business, it was founded in 1978 by Tom Martin and is now run by his two sons, Declan and Damian. Martin’s are passionate about their products and are happy to advise their customers on the perfect bottle. They have previously won the NOFFLA ‘Beer specialist of the Year in 2015 and 2016’ and the NOFFLA ‘Customer Service Award in 2012 and 2014. Their win in 2018 comes as no surprise to us here at WeBringg.

“It’s hard work paying off I suppose, This is the biggest award we’ve won so far to date, we’re all chuffed,” Damian Martin, co-owner of Martin’s Off license told us. “We have a huge range of stock, we have everything covered from your entry level budget wines to your higher end premium stock, we have a range of commercial beers to craft and harder-to-get beers and it’s the same with spirits” Martin’s Off Licence stock close to 100 different types of gins and well over 200 different types of whiskey with the numbers ever increasing. “We have the knowledge to back it up, we all have the courses done in store which is hugely important.”, Damian told us.

“We’re marking 40 years in September, it’s down to our history and our standing in the business, that speaks for itself.” Damian said, “My late father opened it up 40 years ago and now the second generation is running it, hopefully we’ll have a third generation running it in another 40 years.”  WeBringg are sure Martin’s will continue to soar in the future, their customer service is next to none and they are passionate about increasing this service, “We want to highlight that we have our partnership with WeBringg, we are able to bring your drink to your door within 90 minutes, which is a great offering,” Damian said, “It is definitely a great service and another aspect of service that we can bring to our customers, with the help of WeBringg.”
